Sales and Purchases
Add your sales (or any money paid in to your business) to the Sales page, and any purchases (or money paid out) to the Purchases page.
We call these sales and purchases for convenience, but really this is where you record any money that comes in or out of your business. That might be a sale or purchase, or it could be wages paid out, or a payment of business tax.
From here you can:
- Add, edit and delete your transactions.
- Copy a transaction, useful for entering repeat of recurring payments.
- Use the Search box to find existing transactions.
- Use the Date Search to find older transactions.
- Change the order of the list (by clicking column titles).
Mobile and Tablet Users
Information that can not fit on smaller screens will not be shown. You can tap or click on an item in the list to see the full details.
