Exporting creates a spreadsheet from your data and saves it to your computer. You can send these spreadsheets to your accountant when they are preparing your tax return.

If you know how to work with spreadsheets you can use them to perform calculations, such as totals and averages that might not be available on this web site.

You can export your data whenever you need. You can export all of your data, or just a month, a quarter, a VAT period, or a full year. Just enter the start and end dates needed.

The spreadsheets are saved as XLSX files, which can be used in any office software e.g. Microsoft Office, LibreOffice and OpenOffice. It is a file type that your accountant will know and can use easily.
